Our team integrates with project teams to assist with technical production support, drawing and documentation coordination, project coordination, document control, scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management. These services help organizations manage workload demands, improve coordination across disciplines, and maintain schedule and budget objectives.
TexaTran operates with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on practical solutions. We support public and private sector projects and adapt our services to meet the evolving needs of the construction and design build industry.
Meet Our Founder
TexaTran was founded by Evelyn Postigo, a civil engineer based in Houston with over 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Evelyn has worked exclusively on design-build projects, supporting teams from early design through construction, commercial management, and risk reviews.
Known for her strong organizational skills and collaborative approach, Evelyn brings structure, clarity, and reliability to complex projects. She has extensive experience working alongside prime contractors, design teams, and owners; helping coordinate efforts, manage documentation, and support informed decision-making.
Evelyn founded TexaTran with a genuine passion for helping teams succeed. She is driven by a commitment to supporting others, strengthening project delivery, and helping project teams reach their goals efficiently and confidently.
